Villa Bellamylaan
Located on the beautiful Bellamylaan in Aerdenhout is a nice but outdated villa. The client’s desire was to modernize it and make it more sustainable, while retaining its soul and special details for an authentic and unique design. ATELIER COENEN approached the project in a holistic manner, paying equal attention to the outdoor space, architectural appearance and interior experience from the beginning. The result is a timeless design with a rich and tactile use of materials that exudes tranquility and comfort. The generous proportions and gestures fit the location, house and context perfectly.

The design is currently in the construction phase. Atelier Coenen is responsible not only for the architectural and structural design, but also for the complete interior design. This includes bathrooms, kitchen, customization and material/furniture selection, all with the goal of creating one unique experience in and around the home.
